- To set-up and improve the processes, policies and procedures of the Change & Configuration Management;
- To avoid breakdowns or system conflicts during changes on the customer network (mobile and IT) and to ensure minimal impact on operational services by planning and co-ordinating change requests in an efficient and effective way, in accordance with priority, impact (degree of service affected) and change management procedures;
- To minimize any adverse financial impact of changes by avoiding unplanned downtime due to changes and by properly scheduling (service impacting) changes by taking into account all involved aspects (customer impact, resource availability, costs, cost of downtime etc.);
- To act as an intermediary between the business and the outsourced partners of ICT & IT when scheduling (service impacting) changes;
- To assess the impact of new projects on the Quality Chain;
- To approve, set-up & negotiate new Operational Requests and to monitor the Operational Requests against the relevant SLAs.
- Industrial Engineer / Bachelor in Electronics;
- Professional skills & knowledge;
- Technical knowledge of a GSM network;
- Foreign Language : English (advanced in writing and speaking), Dutch or French represents an advantage (basic level);
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access etc.);
- Very strong communication skills;
- Accountable and accurate person, able to work autonomously, with good organizational skills.
