Main task:
Purchases materials required for production following established purchasing policies and procedures.
Other tasks:
- Developing and understanding the supply system; keeping a good relationship with the suppliers;
- Accomplishing the MRP (Material Planning System: giving new orders to the suppliers based on the existing demand and respecting the suppliers production time, following the evolution of the customer's request and ensuring the production materials, in due time;
- Following and triggering the material order changes, that impact the MRP: informing the management on time, through the established process;
- Following the evolution of the excess and of the material stock that has not been used;
- Solving, in due time, the financial discrepancies concerning the received and ordered quantities
Relevant experience in the logistic/production field;
- Experience in automotive field would be a plus;
- Very good knowledge of English, German is an advantage;
- University degree;
- Very good PC skill, SAP is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills and planning abilities.
