- Minimum Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study
-Hands-on experience with Radio Design & Optimization for one of the following: GSM/EDGE; CS/PS Core; Radio WCDMA
- Experience in performance analysis based on daily/hourly performance statistics and investigating KPI deviations
- Extensive knowledge in NSN Performance Management tools (NetAct
-Reporting Suite, Report Builder, Report Browser, etc.)
- Very Good knowledge of the NSN MSS/HLRi and MGW CS core especially Rel 4 and 3G/2G and all releated protocol used between the various network elements.
-PS core Network especially the 2G and 3G SGSN interfaces towards the HLR (Gr) and MSC (Gs)
- Experience in upgrade/commissioning of NSN RNCs eg U10, RNC2600, RAS06, RNC450
- Proficiency in English language and good writing skills are essential
-Able to work in fast pace working environment
