We are seeking highly motivated, energetic individuals with a 'can do' attitude who are looking for new challenges to broaden their horizons in our Pre-Sales Mobile Design department.
As a member of this dynamic team, you will be involved in and responsible for:
- Network design expertise for W-CDMA technologies: UMTS, LTE.
- Work closely with network designers for preparing the technical part of commercial offers and providing the final check for these activities.
- Work closely with network design tools development teams for providing specifications and for testing the developed tools
- Develop new network dimensioning methods, in line with the product roadmap, for being integrated in the network design tools
- Provide trainings towards network designers on topics related to new network design methods and tools.
- Participate in workshop for defending from a network design perspective, in front of our customers, Alcatel-Lucent offers.
- Provide competition analysis for improving the quality of Alcatel-Lucent commercial offers.
THE JOB IS AVAILABLE IN TIMISOARA.
- Technical University degree (preferable Telecommunication)
- 2 years of relevant experience, which will include Cellular Network Planning, RF Engineering, RF equipment and RF network design principles, RF repeaters, and link budgets.
- Strong team player, good leadership and organizational skills.
- Ready to work in a pre-sales environment with very high demand on reactivity, customer orientation and dedication
- Available for international travel
- English written and spoken - advanced (mandatory)
- Ability to present himself/herself as a technical consultant based on customer relationship and technical knowledge
