Besides writing good quality code for both web and desktop applications, a software developer for this position analyzes requirements, contributes to the architecture and design and estimates the need for effort correctly. He or she will be part of existing teams of .NET developers working on current and future software products, and will have the opportunity to lead a small team if he/she proves the abilities and motivation needed for this task.

Requirements:
You are an ideal candidate if:
- You have a Computer Science degree (or equivalent);
- You have work experience in:
C#.Net software development for web or desktop applications (at least 3 years) - you have an advantage if you’ve worked on both types of projects;
planning and estimating the time and effort needed to develop an application;
using database frameworks (eg.: nHibernate, Entity Framework);
- You are willing and able to:
keep on learning;
easily switch between technologies and programming languages (ASP, WPF, MVC, C#), even if you don’t have experience with all of them yet ;
lead a small team;
develop an entire application if needed (you’ve worked on both frontend and backend part of the project).
- You have a good command of written and spoken English language; German is a plus;
- You are a team player and you have a sense of humor;
