RESPONSABILITATI

- You will be responsible for providing customer service by e-mail, supporting the company`s webside communities.

The main responsibilities for this position are:

- responding to panelist e-mails

- liaising with other teams to resolve member problems

- quality control for the company`s website and member
database


CERINTE

- We are looking for 6 people that should be open-minded persons, that have the ability to communicate diplomatically, who are sociable and career-oriented.

- The ideal candidates should have excellent writing skills in the next mentioned languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.

- Specialists in languages other than English should also have good communication skills in English.

The ideal candidates should also have:

- strong organisation and time management skills

- ability to communicate diplomatically and
present a positive public image for the company

- ability to work effectively on a multi-national team

- familiarity with basic computer applications
