- Ensures compliance with Flextronics TIM Authorization Scheme (DOA) for all purchase requisition
- Owner of relationship with Flextronics Suppliers for MRO supplies, with respect for Business Ethics and Flextronics Policies and Procedures
- Purchase Order release and follow-up, according to existing procedures, developing Flextronics supply chain ensuring Flextronics goals in supply process
- Owner of informational process with purchase requisition requestor and related departments ensuring Purchasing Department goals, Escalation process owner regardless specific handled issues and suppliers
- Continuing market research ensuring Purchasing Dept. Goals, enlarging list of potential suppliers and ensuring preliminary contacts
- Participating in Supplier evaluation process and selection, suppliers on-site meeting as owner of the purchase supplies, contracts first analyze and selection (including suppliers analyze and issuing Kan Ban contracts)
- Follow up reporting process, enlarging and maintain department data base and master files, continuous enlarging and improving acknowledge and information, up-dating and informing associates and department with purchase related info
- Performs supplier audits in order to improve supplier qualified process
- Ensures support in establish work procedures for purchasing process
- Sourcing process
- Ensures support for direct material orders which have decimal consumption and can not be ruled by the ERP process
- Informs EHS Department about all new subcontractors, in order to perform the initial evaluation of the activities and services provided by theme
- Ensures that all subcontractors identified as developing activities and services with environmental impact are informed through purchase agreement about internal environmental regulation environmental policy of Flextronics
- Minimum a degree in engineering / economics
- Experience in materials function will be a plus
- Knowledge of business environment
- Good English knowledge (spoken/written)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access
