You will have to:
-Handling strategic purchasing tasks in order to be able to optimally procure materials of medium complexity at an average purchasing volume on national as well as partly international procurement markets and preparing and processing purchasing procedures, i.e. looking after suppliers and items following their start-up of series production
-Trace and take into account costs, total cost of ownership (TCO) as well as establish and implement an agreed supplier management
-Support the purchased parts planners as well as persons employed in Quality Assurance during the escalation stage, in coordination with the superior, if applicable
-Take part in price negotiations in coordination with the superior and design corresponding prices
-Support and participate in international material group management
-Participate in the execution of supplier workshops and be involved in or show design-to-cost measures and potentials for improvement
-Prepare contracts relating to the respective area of tasks and formulate the general terms and conditions for purchasing
-Prepare quality assurance agreements as well as ship-to-stock contracts
You are suited for our team if have:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
E-business knowledge
Module knowledge in material management
Knowledge of contract law, controlling
Basic technical knowledge
Knowledge of negotiating techniques
Good tooling knowledge
Fluent oral and written English
