RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage a group of planners and buyers to establishing clear goals and responsibilities for each individual in line with the company / function / value stream objectives
- Ensures continuity of raw material supply to support production schedules and balances with achieving inventory and MSCC level targets.
- Make sure that the MPS load process are followed and the MRP run during each week-end.
- Control the Load VS commit and coordinate actions to maximize the OTD
- Control inventory levels and coordinate the achieving inventory targets on one specific value stream.
- Follow and consolidate customer demand
- Ensure active participation in disposition of excess and obsolete material
- Coordinate preparation of documented claims and participate wherever needed to negotiation with the customer.
- Control and challenge any urgent delivery in order to minimize cost.
- Monitors on-time supplier deliveries, inventory turns, MRP execution, lead-time reduction, supplier performance and cost analysis and provide feed-back to appropriate functions
- Actively participate in all site governance process
- Propose and participate to Kaizen ( in / or outside materials organization ) and encourage his /her team to do the same.


CERINTE

- THE PERSON - higher weighting more important :
- University degree
- 2-4 years of materials experience, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Highly developed problem solving skills
- MS Office knowledge
- Fluency in English (written, verbal)
- Good managerial skills and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and influencing skills ¿ verbal and written
- ERP system knowledge
- Customer orientated, flexible, stress rezistant
