Provide support and pertinent solutions to all incoming requests;
Create & maintain material codes in the client s ERP solution;
Create & maintain customer codes in the client s ERP solution;
Create & maintain prices and other related attributes (where needed) in the client's ERP solution;
Report on own activity: volumes & quality;
Prompt feedback to non-recurrent tasks assigned by supervisor.
Excel user - advanced level (running pivot and reports derived, literacy with formulas);
Over 1 year experience in providing reports and detailed statistics on specific matters;
Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP preferably);
Good written and spoken commands on both German and English;
Preferred to have University Degree in a related field;
Attentive to details;
Pro-active and self-driven individual;
Prioritize tasks as necessary to fulfill lead-times.
