RESPONSABILITATI

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages the company websites changes and updates
• Manages the company’s online social media pages
• Handles the direct marketing activities together with the Marketing Coordinator
• Involvement within the direct marketing activities: call centre e-mail; SMS, direct mailing
• Manages and supports the lead collection process and the lead monitoring activity of the internal persons responsible for this activities
• Involvement in innovation activities – support in designing new customer related applications, identification of new potential areas
• Copywriting for direct marketing
• Adjusts and permanently optimizes communication channels (organise search, paid search, online display advertising, referral programmes, traditional media) to drive traffic, customer acquisition and customer retention
• Is responsible with organizing promotion campaigns
• Is responsible with continuous market trends, making comparative reports regarding the company’s products and services, always looking for ways to promote them
• Follows the way of communicating managed brands: layout/design approval, advertising/ promoting materials;
• Informs all the other departments regarding public corporate marketing activities


CERINTE

Ideal Candidate:

We shall be looking for a university graduate with previous experience in direct marketing. The newly hired person has to be fluent in English, have a previous experience in working mainly within direct marketing campaigns. She/he has to have a good understanding of the online environment.

• Proven experience in database marketing and/or direct to consumer campaigns using multiple direct marketing channels, such as email, direct mail, web.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and synthesize results to improve activities performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, both Romanian and English.
• The knowledge of any other additional languages is a plus (Italian, German, and Russian)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, parallel projects to deadline in a cross-functional team environment.
• Previous experience in direct marketing is a must
• Computer literate: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, E-mail clients
• Proven understanding of online display advertising models, networks and technologies
• Understanding of website analytic tools (e.g.: Google Analytics)
• Proven understanding of e-commerce principles, legislations and system within the Romanian online market
• High level of understanding of social media, social networks and online communities
• Experience with online social media channels
• Outstanding teamwork and flexibility
• Creativity and problem solving ability
