Marketing Specialist --- 2014 University graduates only! ---

Responsibilities:
As part of this Team, you will be involved in all aspects related to brand communication & promotion of our services and products across multiple markets, in line with our Marketing Strategy:

- Content creation & management on all our communication channels: website, social networks, b2b marketplaces, newsletters, marketing materials (brochures, corporate presentations);
- Take part in creating & implementing sales and lead generation campaigns through online & offline paid advertising, content marketing, e-mail marketing;
- Market research & competitive analysis done in order to support the b2b sales strategy and help achieve sales targets;
- Marketing plan for promotions over a long timeframe, taking into account market trends and business input variation;
- Coordinates and follows research activities in all aspects throughout the business;
- Be involved in customer & product marketing projects (database segmentation & targeting, customer feedback, promotion of product categories & brands, demand generation tactics);

This is a ‘hands-on’ role for a Marketing Specialist who is at ease with managing & using different software and online platforms: web CMS, e-mailing software, CRM system, social networks & social media tracking tools, web analytics, MS Office suite etc.

Requirements:
- University graduate in 2014 - mandatory condition!
- Previous experience is a plus;
- Solid knowledge of content writing, preferably in a b2b product-oriented environment;
- Good understanding and passion for the Internet and working online;
- Very good understanding of e-mail marketing, online marketing techniques & tools;
- English - both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Ability to team lead a large number of projects, interact & work within cross-functional teams;
- Well organized, autonomous individual;
