Purpose: Support the sales team so they can bring in more translation work by:
- Improving our ¿strength of message¿ when undertaking marketing campaigns aimed at bringing in new business.
- Managing campaigns professionally, bringing in the right people at the right time.
- Encouraging existing customers to refer other people to us, including those within their own company.
Role:
90% of time
- Set up systems to measure success of direct marketing campaigns and gain detailed feedback from key parties (sales people, generally) on reasons campaigns did or did not work, and how we can improve our approach in future
- Plan campaigns in detail and submit plans to manager for approval
- Project manage the entire workflow of direct marketing campaigns, liaising with account managers, sales research assistants, a copy-writer and designers as appropriate
- Report on campaign results regularly
10% of time
- Project manage research and surveys about translation - Issue press releases about new findings, and company developments, to targeted media
Education and skills required:
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- At least two years¿ experience managing and measuring direct marketing campaigns
- Excellent English skills
- High level of computer literacy
Working Conditions:
¿ Salary: Will depend on experience, but will be competitive and rewarding.
¿ Based: Working from home (mainly using the Internet) in or around Timisoara. Hours: There will be some flexibility on hours, but the main working hours will be UK working hours. There will be frequent project deadlines and regular team meetings (on the web and in person)
¿ Contract: There will be a trial period of three months during which you will receive full training. During the trial period, the company will evaluate your performance, with the intention of making the contract permanent (or long-term) if the trial period is a success.
