Responsibilities
The new manufacturing engineer will be responsible for New Product Introduction activities and ongoing support for existing production;
Main duties:
Liaison with Product development and Program management;
Lead and coordinate preparation activities with multifunctional team groups;
Develop process design, equipment requirements and Capex;
Researches data, generates alternative solutions, evaluate risks, initiates actions;
Create documentation support for new launches;
Prepare pre-series trials, capabilities and process approvals;
Maintain the timing requirements, resolve roadblock issues;
Deliver program objectives QCD;
Control changes to current products;
Support production to resolve process problems ongoing;
Implement continuous improvement activities;
Sets priorities, works to deliver target results.
Requirements:
Technical University Degree;
Minimum 3 years experience in new projects implementation in production (Automotive field is preferred);
Projects management experience;
Good communication abilities, stress resistance, able to respect established dead-lines;
English – advanced level;
Knowledge of German language is an advantage;
Very good PC skills – MS Office, Internet, AutoCAD, etc.;
Good team player with proactive "can do" attitude.
