On behalf of our client, an expanding Multinational Investment Company, with a major business line in Real Estate Development, we are looking for an experienced MANAGING DIRECTOR located in TIMISOARA.
Responsibilities:
The Managing Director is a key position in the company, responsible for managing from Timisoara the whole real estate development and investment activities in Romania.
Supervising all real estate development and investment activities on Romanian territory;
Supervising and actively participating in projects in all stages: land acquisition, obtaining bank financing, zonal and architectural planning, construction, marketing, sales;
Setting up and maintaining good network of co-operation partners, including banks, real estate brokers, architects, construction companies;
Periodical reporting the results of the company to the partners.
Degree level qualification with major in finance;
Minimum 5 years management experience;
At least 3 years experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance/Management Consulting;
Excellent financial skills;
Very good project management skills – ability to deliver expected results in time;
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
Open minded and result oriented;
Proficiency in English.
