We are looking for a very motivated person to join our administrative team for Manager Assistant open position (1 year determined contract).
Job Description:
Performs both office administration & human resources duties. Office administrator responsibilities may include: answering and screening external phone calls, welcoming company's visitors, managing internal events calendars, making travel arrangements for business trips, meetings and events arrangements. May assist with overflow work from administrative and executive assistants and fill in for the office receptionist as needed.
Human resources responsibilities: Performs different HR administrative functions according to Romanian Legislation and Internal Procedures, administrates personnel files, maintains current and accurate internal data bases, reports and administrative documents. May be involved in setting up different parts of the recruiting process. Responsible for providing management and employees' direction & support regarding human resources topics.
• University Degree;
• HR /administrative experience in multicultural environments is a plus
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Proven ability with MS Office
• Driving License is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, results oriented, comfortable working with all levels
