To plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet the production schedules.
To ensure daily/monthly output is achievable.
To initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes so as to reduce the production related problems and delays.
To generate production reports, update specifications and work procedures.
To generate production reports, update specifications and work procedures together with process engineers.
Implementation of relocated products in our production site.
Health and Safety
To arrange all tooling & wear parts required for production & Assembly.
To ensure production of all gears as per daily Assembly schedule.
To continuously reduce Rejection & Rework.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Management, Leadership.
Required language(s): English /German
At least 3 years of working experience in Assembly Line.
Candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision, work under pressure.
Preferably managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Knowledge and practice about Continuous Improvement (tools / methods).
