RESPONSABILITATI

Part time job with the possibility of extension
Organize, process and control all incoming information to the management office
Organize visits, meetings, workshops and other events inorder to ensure the smooth running of the events from administrative point of view
Ensure that office callers and visitors are courteously greeted and referred to the right persons or reply to their inquires in the absence of the manager
Make presentations to employees
Archiving, distributing and filing the documents
Verification and follow up of the bills, keep financial books up to date, manages cash
Is the local interface for purchasing process and tracking evolution of contracts


CERINTE

Student at University in Social science, Letters or Economical Studies
Good command of English, German or French is a plus
Mastery of office computer tools
Good communication and organizational skills, initiative and enthusiasm
Ability to maintain repetitive work regarding processing of financial documents
