RESPONSABILITATI

1. Planning, directing, coordinating and implementing all section activities.
2. Implements and manages Maintenance Program, ensuring goals of Total Productive Maintenance system are followed.
3. Control over OEE factor for applicable equipment. Reports its value on monthly basis to Technical Manager and Production Manager. Initiates actions for its improvement.
4. Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement of the Team Leaders
5. Ensures spare parts and consumables availability by approving, processing and creating requisitions.
6. Undertaking measures to keep the service and equipment maintenance costs at reasonable low level.
7. Ensures continuous availability of necessary tools in right time and place
8. Providing proper technical training for equipment operators
9. Defining training needs for staff .
10. Ensures safe working conditions in the plant and that Safety at Work rules are implemented and followed .


CERINTE

¿ Very good and proven technical background. Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering .
¿ 10 years post graduate experience
¿ 3 years experience in technical/maintenance management position, food industry will be advantage
¿ Good verbal and written communication skills in native and English language
¿ Familiar with Total Productive Maintenance and CMMS practices and procedures
¿ Leadership-ability to motivate and give direction to team leaders, execute tasks consistently
¿ Ability to manage multiple priorities.
¿ Strong planning and organizational skills
