RESPONSABILITATI

Main tasks
Shipment Units planning (ensure the tires delivery in accordance to the customer requirements)
Key figures monitoring (warehouse management)
Evaluation of forwarders
Claims handling (logistics)
Ensure transport optimisation
Responsible for creating and checking orders launched by the customers;
Follow up of DS fulfillment;
Keeps permanent contact via phone or e-mail with the customers and fulfills all customer requests;
Checks and find solutions for all the issues that my appear in the direct sales process;
Monitor shipments and prepares the intercompany invoices for export business;
Complaint handling (missing items/changed items);
Issue documents necessary for each business case (order confirmation, del. note, shipment list, invoice, etc.);
Attending the department meeting, if necessary;
Issue documents on special request of the department leader;
Organising and storing paperwork;

Other tasks
Purchasing paper and consumption materials for the office equipment;
Announce the service company in case of defects, etc.
Prepares the meeting room for protocol;
Prepares the protocol for visitors;


CERINTE

Technical or economical degree
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Relevant experience in marketing or sales
Analitical thinking
Ability to convince others
Ability to work under pressure
Interest in details
Planning and organizational skills
Willingness to take over responsability
Customer orientation
Excellent English knowledge
German knowledge is an advantage
Very good PC knowledge, MS Office.
