For one of our clients, a global leader in automotive experience, building efficiency and power solutions, we are looking for a Logistics Analyst in Timisoara.
Responsibilities:
Checking the availability of the materials;
Realizing competitive analysis of the forecasts received from the customers;
Introducing the requests received from clients in the system;
Releasing the production orders in accordance with the customer orders and production capacity;
Making sure that the orders given in production are made in time;
Maintaining the stock level within the limits and avoiding any possible obsolete inventory;
Being responsible for the delivery documents (delivery note, EUR 1, CMR);
Keeping daily contact with the customers;
Informing the customer in time about any possible problems which may occur;
Being involved in cost/stock reduction process;
Monitoring shortages.
University degree;
3 years experience in the area of logistics planning, in automotive or other high volume industry;
Computer skills (MS Office);
Supply Chain Relation in Automotive Industry;
Material management, handling and transportation knowledge;
MRP System knowledge;
Fluency in English;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Ability to take actions, decisions and to generate ideas;
Responsible and oriented toward customer satisfaction.gree in Economic Science or Engineering;
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Excellent English knowledge.
