Develops and implements the company’s legal policy according with the group strategy as well as with the legal regulations into force
Provides research, factual information, counsel, and guidance on legal questions or issues
Supervises preparation of the defense in litigation in cooperation with external counsels
Coordinates and prepares contracts, other legal documents including land register, land registrations and all documents in relation with the Trade Register
Assures legal support in obtaining various authorizations
Represents the company in relationship with third parties regarding legal issues
University Degree in Law
Relevant experience in commercial Law
Proficiency in English and computer literacy are a must
Organized and results oriented
