Organize, lead and control the production activity for the assigned line/area, being responsible for achievements concerning quality, quantity, dead-lines, expenses;
Makes sure that production process is following the parameters specified by the Industrial and Quality engineers;
Generates productivity reports and other operations metrics;
Directs daily department activities in order to meet production goals;
Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests;
Reviews and establishes material, equipment and manpower resource requirements.
University graduate - Technical Degree;
Relevant background in manufacturing processes (is an advantage);
Good English level, German is an advantage;
Leadership skills, communication and problem solving abilities.
