Responsibilities
1. Proactively train and coach translators according to:
¿¿¿ priority clients;
¿¿¿ priority translators.
2. Follow-up training sessions with unresponsive translators (as part of the training process)
3. Proactively coach PMs and offer support when needed
4. React to queries via instant chat and phone/email
5. Keep track of all PM-related changes that have been implemented and circulate them to PMs.
6. Keep track of bugs/solutions found
7. Keep people informed about the status of the problems encountered
8. Additional Tasks:
¿¿¿ Convert PDF files in editable word documents
¿¿¿ Word count analyses in Trados (MS Office files, XML, HTML, Strings, PO files)
Ideal candidate should:
- Be fluent in English;
- Have good knowledge of HTML, XML, PHP;
- Be used to multitasking;
- Combine innovation and creativity with technical abilities and knowledge.
