Your main tasks will be:
You will implement our software at local and international customers and prepare demonstration examples. You’ll work closely with our sales team and support it in pre-sales activities.
With your strong IT background and your knowledge about production and logistics processes you’ll answer the complex questions of our international customers professionally and help them by creating satisfying solutions. Currently in many projects we are simulating and optimizing the benefits of international companies relocating to Eastern Europe. In such projects you will be the expert for Eastern Europe.
Moreover you may become a contact person in our Support & Service-Team capable of handling and solving our customer’s questions once our software is set into operation.
You will install and maintain our Software and the Upgrades either on location or by remote maintenance. In context of releasing Upgrades you’ll test if the new versions are sufficient in respect to content and customer. Furthermore you’ll hold trainings for new or experienced ORion-PI users.
Your profile as a Junior Consultant:
- graduated business, production management or IT oriented studies
-desirably appropriate experience in an IT-company or industrial company
-very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
-willing to travel
-very good knowledge of SQL- and MS Office
-worked or studied some time outside Romania
-for the interaction with our customers middle and top management poise and sovereignty are essential
-good foreign languages skills
Your profile as Senior Consultant:
-a qualification profile similar to the junior consultant
-additionally several years of experience in an international company or consultant organization
-desirably experiences in implementation of ERP systems
