- Identify inventory differences between the 2 operating systems (O2 and SAP), perform root cause analysis, provide solutions, follow-up on open items;
- Monitor process workflow
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions;
- Master data maintenance;
- Involvement in Credit note process, trade returns;
- Monitor daily sales accuracy;
- Back-up for production confirmation of manipulated product, donation process, company shop process
- Computer skills (MS Windows, MS Office);
- Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the following organizations: Planning, Sales, Finance, contractors
- Fluency in English
- SAP knowledge would be a plus
