To offer remote IT 2nd level support for our clients - Change Implementer:
- execution of Change measures according to work instructions
- quality control of the implemented changes
- plays the role of Release Change Coordinator at major release operations
- development of workarounds for software deployments
- development of tools and processes related to change implementation
- documenting of the changes.
- German Language is MANDATORY
• 2-4 years of experience in IT field
• Experience in large IT infrastructures
• Windows Server 2003 management know-how
The following are a plus:
• Experience with other OS (Linux, Unix, etc)
• Citrix
• Scripting
• SQL
• Software deployment tools
• Ticketing systems
