- installation / testing / backup and restore of printer configuration (Queues, Drivers, Ports, etc.)
- monitor and support the availability and performance of Print Service and Windows Servers
- provide 2nd level support
- coordinate necessary task to ensure Service Quality
- minimum 2years experience in IT
- result and quality oriented
- MS Windows 2003 and Active Directory know-how
- understanding Print Service (Secure Printing, Print Queues, Network)
- English skills required
