IT support for our customers in Germany and Romania using remote tools (support in troubleshooting, configuring OS Windows XP and different applications, handling issues, checking connectivity issues, user and rights management in an Active Directory Infrastructure, installing applications)
documenting incidents/problems, forward them in case they could not be solved to the specialized groups
incident management
single point of contact in all IT related issues
Knowledge & Experience
good knowledge of Windows XP and other operating systems
basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, protocols) & server systems
basic knowledge of Active Directory Infrastructure
knowledge of MS Office (operating Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
experience in IT area and Customer Services is a plus
Abilities
Authentic desire to grow as a specialist in a prestigious IT company
Very good knowledge of German language is mandatory
English is a plus
