- Provides technical support by performing installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer, servers and related software/hardware;
- Trouble shoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when related to personal desktop computers;
- Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps;
- Screens, refers, and diagnoses internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers utilizing experience and understanding of company\'s MIS environment;
- Also, activities include Applications support like ERP and Finance packaging;
- Candidates must have a high skill and experience in maintaining/supporting Windows Server/Client environments at an enterprise level;
- Novell environment knowledge is a plus;
- Candidates will be familiar with server hardware, network, firmware, BIOS, RAID, server backups, operating system patching, local and remote administration;
- Candidates will be familiar with business applications, ERP and also Finance aspects;
- Experience and skills supporting any of the following are highly desirable – databases;
- Technical University Degree would be preferable;
- Appreciated knowledge of Industrial Processes;
- Required English Language - Italian Languages is also appreciated;
- Appreciated Travel Availability;
