RESPONSABILITATI

1. Provide IT support for Smithfield Procesare business units.
2. Provide end-user support in whatever capacity needed.
3. Maintain proper patch levels on all workstations.
4. Support, troubleshoot and maintain PC environment including all applications and peripherals. Load, configure, modify and update clients as needed.
5. Install, troubleshoot, and support data/networking equipment including hubs, switches, and routers.
6. Coordinate the installation and on-going maintenance/support for oice/telecommunications equipment.
7. Monitor voice and data circuits. Rapidly facilitate the resolution and repair of any outages.
8. Support all security efforts including the Anti-Virus program.
9. Order IT supplies and maintain the IT supply cabinet.


CERINTE

1. University of Computer Science or Automation degree.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Experience with Cisco network equipment.
4. Experience with Windows XP in a domain network.
5. Any Microsoft or CISCO certifications will be a plus.
6. Good command of English.
