- University degree
- knowledge of MS Microsoft infrastructure (servers, active directory, clients, exchange) and Linux servers
- MS Office knowledge
- network knowledge especially regarding Cisco routers, switches, VoIP, VPN and relating security measures
- ability to work in teams
- at least one year of professional experience in an IT job
- fluent english, written and spoken
- strong problem-solving attitude
- driver license
