- Coordinating international rollouts of the SSF tool (Planning and Execution) on the User Department side
- Managing the scope and the requirements of the rollout projects
- Planning and coordination of tests
- Analysis and solving of failures during the rollout project
- Preparation of the Customer Specification and other project documentation
- Preparation and conducting of trainings and training materials
- Management of internal IT Service Provider
- International Stakeholder Management
- Prepare Management Information
- Prepare and conduct formal project gates (Quality Gates)
- English - C1/C2 level
- Graduated from Business IT (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or similar
- Management / coordination skills in Accounting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP implementation projects
- Experience in project management and tests in SAP Projects
- Experience in SAP processes and Data Security
- Experience in managing IT Vendors and Service Providers
- Flexibility, good problem solving capacity and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to establish and maintain outstanding relationships with customers, (internal) vendors, co-workers and stakeholders
- Readiness to travel
- Orientation on goals, initiative, self driven
