From this position the mission of your function is to manage and supervise the professional activities of the sub-ordinate teams in order for them to reach targets and attain all assigned tasks in line with processes, timeframe and quality requirements and within company’s strategy.
The purpose of the Windows Server Management Line is to offer 2nd and 3rd level IT support services to foreign partners and customers in order to support their business needs and continuity.

- ensuring service delivery and acquisition of new business in line with company strategy and quality standards
- developing and maintaining excellent relations within and outside Siemens that would allow enhancement of business volume
- acting cost consciously and actively participates in reaching our financial targets
- planning and allocation of resources for ongoing as well as future projects
- acting as a role model for your followers, motivating them towards excellency.
We are positive you will be able to do a great job on this position if you:
- have at least 4-5 years experience on leading positions in the IT area (preferably related to Windows platforms operations)
- graduated a technical university (IT specialized is a plus)
- have strong experience in planning operational work and projects within the line you manage
- good knowledge of management and leadership tools and processes in the area of people, budget, customers and business.
- have proven abilities of handling challenging situations; good conflict resolution skills
- have experience with large, multinational environments and global projects is a plus
- are proactive, responsible, have strong customer focus skills and if your professional activity is guided by excellence and integrity.
