- Set up, Tool change, start up of complex injection moulding machines and fixtures with automatic handling systems and peripheral equipment under high demands for parts and economic issues;
- Set up and Tool change of fixtures for rework of parts;
- Production of sample parts after solved problems, inclusive visual inspection and/or measurement with testing equipment;
- Checking and maintaining of process parameters during running process;
- Start up of tools and injection moulding machines in the testing phase, in the ramp up and for sample production;
- Quality checking and release of set up regarding instructions;
- Administration of Tool Records (E.g. Checklists, Stamp change, Process parameters etc.);
- Changing of stamps during the running process;
- Identification of troubles, investigation and elimination of causes or information of responsible departments;
- Cooperation in case of maintenances, inspections and repairs done by special departments;
- Training of workers regarding quality, injection moulding machines, tools and fixtures;
- Recording of volumes of produces and scraped parts;
- Administration of monitoring boards regarding the injection moulding machines.
- Engineering degree from a college or university;
- At least 2-3 years of experience with the injection moulding process/equipments;
- Very good English and/or German knowledge;
- Advanced PC literacy;
- Communication skills, commitment, ability to work in a team, flexibility.
