Participa la elaborarea, realizarea, punerea in functiune si urmarirea in timp a proiectelor de investitii si reparatii, cu respectarea standardelor si procedurilor interne si legislatiei in vigoare;
Responsabil cu inregistrarea mijloacelor fixe;
Coordoneaza activitatea contractantilor conform standardelor interne si legislatiei in vigoare;
Rapoarteaza managementului datele referitoare la stadiul fizic, costurile si calitatea proiectelor de investitii;
Responsabil cu administrarea cartii tehnice a constructiei si urmarirea in timp a constructiilor si instalatiilor aferente acestora.
Studii superioare tehnice;
Experienta minim 5 ani in conducere lucrari de investitii;
Atestat diriginte de santier;
Limba engleza la nivel mediu;
Cunostinte Excel, Word si Outlook;
Cunostinte Microsoft Project constituie un avantaj;
Gandire analitica, fire dinamica, comunicativa.
