- Exercita functia de reprezentant al clientilor, actualizeaza si informeaza superiorii si echipa de proiect despre modificarile cerintelor clientilor;
- Intocmeste documentatia specifica fiecarui client pt. aprobarea produsului;
- Gestioneaza procesul de recalificare al produsului: planifica recalificarea produsului , analizeaza rezultatele testelor;
- Intocmeste evaluarile datelor specifice de calitate si le transmite superiorilor ierarhici;
- Preia si pregateste urmarirea implementarii documentatiei specifice de proiect;
- Pregateste si realizeaza auditurile de tip : APQP (audit de dezvoltare proiect), Line Walk Audit (audit de linie), Process Audit (audit de proces – chestionar specific TRW sau client) si Layered Audit (audit pe nivele)
- Urmareste implementarea caracteristicilor critice semnificative si securitate/norme legale impuse de client;
- Ofera suport pentru inginerii din dept. Tehnic;
- Intocmeste instructiuni de lucru si control specifice procesului pentru care este responsabil;
- Coordoneaza prelucrarea reclamatiilor de client si intocmeste planul de masuri pentru imbunatatire (imediate preventive / corective cat si difuzarea catre proiecte similare).
- Experienta minim 2 ani in domeniul calitate-inginerie;
- Studii universitare tehnice , preferabil mecanica, electrotehnica;
- Abilitati operare PC: Windows,MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word , Access); Internet;
- Limbi straine: Engleza-nivel avansat; Germana este un avantaj;
- Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, spirit de echipa, atitudine pozitiva orientata spre rezolvarea problemelor;
- Permis conducere categ. B.
