1. Determining the required data for calculation, planning and compensation, by making use of MTM analyses, time study, multiple snap-shots, comparisons and estimations, proposals;
¿2 Elaborating and optimizing working systems with a view to profitability in accordance with ergonomic principles;
¿3 Developing and modifying shift plans;
¿4 Monitoring the proper implementation of existent compensation schemes, elaborating modification proposals on the basis of technical and organizational importance, taking part in the elaboration and implementation of new compensation schemes;
¿5 Introducing and modifying the target time in SAP working plans;
¿6 Determining setting-up time according to given rules;
¿7 Elaborating and implementing job specifications;
¿8 Taking part in optimization workshops (lean production).
1. Relevant experience in a similar position within an automotive working environment;
¿2 REFA trainings;
¿3 Good command of English;
¿4 Good PC skills (MS Office, Lotus Notes, SAP);
¿5 Communicative and motivated individual, with team-work skills, tenacity and drive.
