Negotiates the contractual conditions;
Concludes contracts and follows up their compliance;
Market analysis and forecast;
Prepares the purchasing need based on consumption
Follows up raw materials, packages and auxiliaries inventory
Follows up the order flow to merchandise reception
Verifies the merchandise documents in terms of quality, quantity and prices settled
Files suppliers correspondence and offers
Obtains different samples
Negotiates with suppliers (products and services) in order to attain the best trading conditions;
Prepares reports and analyses
Technical University Degree
Experience in Purchasing
Experience in Technical Purchasing is an advantage
English knowledge
Computer skills (Word, Excel)
ERP system operating experience
Negotiation skills
