1. Checking incoming components, following control plans and taking into consideration the release of the sample;
¿2 Carrying out installation tests, taking into consideration the levels and the production methods, respectively, manual / automatic;
¿3 Taking the decision to stop the production line in case negative results are identified during the components¿ quality check;
¿4 Registration and evaluation of the established error value and inspection value in the SAP system;
¿5 Elaboration of the quality stock control;
¿6 Informing the relevant parties from the production and quality departments about the established deficiencies;
¿7 Elaboration of statistics on the basis of random tests;
¿8 Indicating to the relevant parties from the production department the quality criteria that must be considered in the sorting and reconditioning process;
¿9 Stopping the defective products, identifying the person responsible and eliminating the defect, even sending out the defective products back to the supplier if necessary;
¿10 Calculating the costs generated by complaints and sending reports to the Controlling Department;
¿11 Sending to suppliers complaint reports containing the identified quality deviations.
1. Relevant experience in a similar position within an automotive working environment;
¿2 Practical experience in using measurement and control equipment (marking gauge, sliding rule, 3D measurement device);
¿3 Good command of English;
¿4 Determined and motivated individual, results- and quality-driven.
