- Prepare supplier evaluation of the transporters
- Arrange and follow up transports with couriers
- Check documents from suppliers (Eur 1)
- Follow up money recovering in case of missing documents (Eur 1)
- Prepare weekly schedule for loadings
- Place orders to the transporters
- Check the invoiced ammount with the agreed price (for transports)
- Comunication with the transporters
- Recommend new transporters
- Transport rating (EXCEL)
- University degree
- Experience in logistics (preferably);
- Good communication skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Negotiation and persuasion skills;
- English language medium level.
