RESPONSABILITATI

- Support in reaching the highest standard in control/coordination of the fault management process (incident and problem chain);

- Evaluating fault escalations, their respective resolutions and the quality of the incidents and problems;

- Ensuring communication between the involved parties;

- Reducing revenue loss for the customer, service & business impact and brand damage due to incidents, by ensuring correct prioritization of incidents at the Operational partners, by managing crisis's, conference calls and making clear communication (internal & external);

- Reporting on status, changes, issues, major disturbance, crisis's and general areas of interest and concern;

- Ensuring that the incident policy, problem policy and related processes or procedures are in line with the quality standards and work instructions;

- Supervise quality of incidents, proactive identification, monitoring and highlighting of faults and mobile equipment trends;

- Escalate investigated problems in the relevant technical area ensuring compliance with company guideline and ensure to provide the originators with an adequate feedback;

- General overview of how all systems interact and fit together.


CERINTE

- Industrial Engineer / Bachelor in Electronics;

- Professional skills & knowledge;

- Good Telecom and thorough operational knowledge of Mobile Network represent a strong asset;

- Foreign Language : English (advanced in writing and speaking), Dutch or French represents an advantage (basic level);

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access etc.);

- Very strong communication skills;

- Accountable and accurate person, able to work autonomously, with good organizational skills.
