For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Information Systems Passenger Cars department.
We provide the automotive industry with a wide range of innovative components and comprehensive system skills in the field of interior electronics and infotainment solutions. In a huge number of cars, million of people daily enjoy the benefits of our instrument clusters, central information displays and rear sit entertainment.
From the position of Technician, you will be working with the International Material Data System (IMDS, a database which administers via the internet material data sheets with summarized material data of all parts that are used in the car manufacturing) and providing support to all design engineers regarding IMDS issues.
You will enter data in IMDS, track IMDS items, request data sheet from suppliers and clarify open items with suppliers. You will work independently as well as in team.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Parts of the training will be done in Germany (Regensburg).
English and German knowledge at an advanced level
Technical college or University studies, knowledge of material science
