RESPONSABILITATI

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

- Managing daily time sheets: sick leaves, holidays, consents, unmotivated without leave, overtime hours.
- Managing time sheets for Spanish trainers; communicating the necessary information to SLK Spain.
- Planning annual holidays; elaborating report with evidence of holidays for each department.
- Employee resignation: exit interview, notice of liquidation , Revisal (Via Romania) and individual discussion;
- New employee: contractual documents, SLK presentation, internal regulations, collective labour contract, labour protection, health and security at the working place; Revisal (Via Rumania).
- Modifications of contractual aspects for SLK employees; additional documents, job description.
- Disciplinary procedure: employee convocation, disciplinary investigation, complete necessary documentation;
- Completing: employees receipt, income receipt, fill forms necessary at the bank for indirect employees of SLK.
- Posting and displaying important notice towards employees.

SALARY / MEAL TICKETS FOR EMPLOYEES:

- Centralizing and analyzing monthly time sheets
- Checking the time sheets data accuracy received from the agencies, sending towards agencies additional information
- Maintaining relation with Via Rumania and all the leasing agencies: Adecco, Manpower, GI Group;
- Maintaining relation with UNICREDIT TIRIAC BANK; verifying bank accounts
- Ordering meal tickets for SLK employees, centralizing information and verify correctitude
- Salary payment tables – final, send to the financial department for payment

TRANSFER / TAKING OVER EMPLOYEES:

- Maintaining the evidence of the evaluations necessary for transfer
- Preparing necessary documentation for transfer
- Announcing agencies regarding the transferred employees
- Organizing labour protection and signing the contracts

TRANSPORT FOR INDIRECT PERSONNEL:

- Organizing transport for indirect employees;

PROTECTION EQUIPMENT:

- Managing weekly orders for the protection equipment;

REPORT:

- Daily: Absenteeism; employee mark; Leavers;
- Monthly: centralization employees – sending report to Spain
- Any other necessary report.

RELATION WITH OTHER INSTITUTIONS: ITM, CASA DE SANATATE, UNICREDIT TIRIAC BANK.


CERINTE

- University degree – Economics
- 2- 3 years of experience in HR area (administrative), very good knowledge of legislation
- Very well organized person, with initiative, good communication skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in working directly with Production Department
- PC skills (MS Office, advanced level of Excel)
- English advanced
