Participates to the implementation of specific HR procedures and policies;
Responsible for the administration of training activities;
Delivers specific HR reports and statistics;
Determines the headcount planning together with the departments’ management;
Implement and track the people development programs;
Responsible for the idea management program.
University degree. Business Administration degree is an advantage;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the HR and payroll;
Very good knowledge in labour legislation;
Advanced English. German knowledge is an advantage.
