Tasks:
To co-ordinate the activities in the HR department.
To supervise different HR functions.
To design and implement recruitment, selection and testing techniques.
To develop incentivisation plans in co-operation with management, and project manage the creation of systems to share this information between management and the employees.
To design and implement motivation methods and retention plans for the employees of the company.
To help/support company\'s employees to build and follow up career plans.
To organise team building activities.
Skills:
- Applicants must be educated to degree level and have at least three years experience in an HR manager role.
- They must be computer literate and speak and write fluent English.
- They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to help us maintain a young, vibrant and successful team.
- They must be intelligent, organised, reliable, disciplined, dynamic, energetic, creative/innovative , self-starter/with initiative, flexible, independent and result-oriented.
