- Provide support for the projects within the company;
- Make Romanian – German and/or Romanian – English translations
- Organize the required activities;
- Maintain the relation with the customers and with the providers;
- Elaborate and manage presentation;
- Drafts and registers all personnel documents (labour contracts, addendums, terminations, maternity notifications, etc.) ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations, as well as with the company’s policies
- Manages the Revisal application and the relation with labour authorities
- Prepare the time attendance and calculate the salaries
- Compose e-mails, invitations, notifications, business letters, documents etc;
- Relevant experience working in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of PC - MS Office (Excel and Word) and Internet;
- Good communication and networking skills;
- Organization and planning skills;
- Fluency in German and English.
