RESPONSABILITATI

Main responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct the induction process of new employees into the organization
- Organize and manage the staff database
- Develop and manage job descriptions
- Monitor Comp & Ben system implementation and identify motivational implications
- Identify training needs within the organization
- Organize training programs to staff from internal or external resources
- Evaluate the objectives of human resources processes and their effectiveness
- Prepare and implement recruitment methodology to establish and manage human resources recruitment plan
- Organize performance management system (PMS) of human resources
- Provide support for Managers and Team leaders during the PMS
- Manage career planning and career development
- Prepare staff reports and engagement in different HR processes (training, recruitment, career management)
- Provide information to employees related to HR topics
- Is considered SPOC to answer to employees questions related to HR policies and procedures


CERINTE

- Bachelor degree
- 3 years previous experience in Human resources, mainly in Comp & Ben area
- Solving problem skills
- Open to learn new practices
- Rigor and details oriented
- People oriented
- Fluency in English
- Literacy in MSOffice
