RESPONSABILITATI

- Manages all HRIS and HR business processes matters in South Eastern Europe (SEE) region.
- Supports the coordination of all corporate HR applications and processes within SEE: Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, etc.
- Supports the implementation of the new global HR platform within SEE
- Supports and coordinates all local HRIS and HR business processes activities, in line with the Region and Corporate guidelines


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in an IT related domain; HRIS or IS is preferred;
- Knowledge/experience in HR is a plus;
- English - advanced level.
