Monitor and track on-job trainings for production employees;
Setup the training concept for production;
Prepare the necessary training documents for audits;
Manage and organize local training sessions (schedule training, select and invite trainers and trainees, track participants, cost centre cross charges/invoicing, etc.)
Perform individual training need analysis in cooperation with line management;
Document and evaluate training sessions;
Perform administrative tasks for location specific topics (material provision via Intranet, configuration management);
Perform educational tasks for location specific topics (support for training development and trainers, review of material);
Give feedback to trainers, process owners, and management about training performance;
Source and select training providers for location-specific topics;
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial on job training which will familiarize you with our processes and organization.
Technical University degree
At least 1 year experience in organizing training activities in a production company;
Knowledge about ISO/TS 16949:2002 or ISO 19011:2002;
Good command in English and German language;
Good communication skills, hard-working person who is result oriented and customer focused.
